Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution
Exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts (If you prefer court litigation) Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
